As a family, we have been trying to navigate the world of trusts and how to best use them, sounds simple in theory but in practice somewhat different. We had some additional complexities with overseas trustees and mental incapacity. I can highly recommend Lisa and the services that she provides through Trustee Accounts. Like many people who are suddenly thrust into the role of being a Trustee, I found it impossible to set up a bank account for the Trust.
