Thank goodness we found Lisa and Simpson Financial Services. We had spent several months trying to get a Trust bank account set up ourselves direct but the bank we had approached were not local to us and insisted that my 90 year old mother with dementia and mobility issues be taken out of the safety and sanctuary of her carehome environment and presented in person at a branch 60 miles away.

In order to avoid this, we were facing a hefty legal fee and 12 month process to change the terms of the Trust until Lisa stepped in and was able to source another trust account provider who have been far easier to deal with and everything has been set up perfectly.

Lisa has been efficient and easy to contact which in todays world of chat-bots and people hiding behind email only service is a breath of fresh air.
