Lisa was absolutely amazing in helping us set up a lifetime interest Trust Account after the death of our mum. I had quite literally no idea what needed doing and she took care of everything so professionally - she was always available to answer my (often quite stupid) questions patiently and clearly, even responding well out of office hours. She also explained to us about cash platforms, enabling us to invest the money in several high interest accounts which not only means it's protected by the FSCS but also that it is making really good returns for our Dad.
In one year alone this will cover her fees 15 times over. What is particularly good about Lisa (and Simpsons in general) is how trustworthy they feel. As someone with absolutely no experience of investing or complex financial matters, you can feel quite vulnerable dealing with people you don't know via email, so I wanted to write this review both to thank Lisa and to reassure others that, if you are looking for someone to set up a trust account for you, you will be in safe hands with Simpsons.
